Key Responsibilities

1. Home Care Operations

- Manage daily home-care operations and service delivery.

- Ensure timely deployment of caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

- Handle shift planning, replacements, attendance, and emergency staffing.

- Monitor service continuity for clients requiring 12-hour or 24-hour care.

1. Caregiver & Nursing Management

- Recruit and coordinate with HR for caregiver and nurse requirements.

- Ensure staff are trained in personal care, hygiene, patient handling, and safety.

- Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, and retention.

- Ensure caregivers follow care plans and medication-reminder instructions.

1. Client & Family Coordination

- Understand client and family requirements before starting services.

- Conduct regular client follow-ups and satisfaction checks.

- Resolve complaints, service issues, and caregiver-related concerns.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.

1. Quality & Compliance





- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and care standards.

- Monitor incidents, falls, medication-related concerns, and client safety.

- Maintain client records, care plans, staff deployment records, and incident reports.

- Ensure appropriate escalation of medical emergencies.

1. Business & Financial Management

- Monitor home-care revenue, billing, collections, and outstanding payments.

- Control operational costs and optimize caregiver deployment.

- Coordinate with the sales team for recent admissions and service extensions.

- Support business growth, client retention, and referral development.

1. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

- Track service utilization, caregiver availability, complaints, and client satisfaction.

- Review performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
