Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Holiday Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing customized holiday packages, assisting clients with travel arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients’ travel preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- Design and recommend customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and package cost estimates.
- Handle hotel reservations, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Follow up with clients, convert enquiries into bookings, and achieve sales targets.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and package inclusions.




- Maintain client records and follow up on payments and booking confirmations.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in holiday package sales or travel consultancy.
- Positive knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
- Experience in preparing itineraries, quotations, and customized travel packages.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of popular international destinations and tour packages.
- Experience with travel booking systems and supplier portals.
- Strong sales, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
