We are looking for a motivated HL/LAP Relationship Manager to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customers, and achieving business targets for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property.
- Identify potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Build relationships with customers, DSA partners, and channel partners.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Requirements
- Experience in HL/LAP, home loans, mortgage loans, or banking sales preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and the lending process.
- Solid sales and lead-generation abilities.
