- Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in Holiday Packages & Reservations
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of holiday package bookings and operations
- Positive customer handling and coordination skills
- Must be comfortable attending after-office-hours calls from clients who are on tour and handling their concerns
