Role Description The Adobe AEM Support Engineer – CMS + Java role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the engineer will provide technical support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related CMS solutions, including troubleshooting application and integration issues, analyzing logs, and resolving performance or configuration problems.

The engineer will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to investigate incidents, implement fixes, and support deployments, while ensuring adherence to service-level commitments. Daily responsibilities include responding to support tickets, documenting solutions and known issues, collaborating with developers on Java-based enhancements,



and contributing to continuous improvement of AEM environments and support processes.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for AEM, CMS platforms, and Java-based applications.
- Experience in customer support and customer service, including managing tickets and communicating with stakeholders.
- Positive understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic networking concepts relevant to application support.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar enterprise CMS platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Java fundamentals, application servers, and REST-based integrations is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze logs, monitor application performance, and use standard support tools for issue resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear, user-focused manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in on-site teams in a quick-paced, service-oriented environment.

We are looking for skilled Adobe AEM Support Engineers with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), CMS and Java to troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve customer-reported bugs and improve application performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex Adobe AEM / CMS issues.
- Analyze and resolve JVM Heap Dump, Thread Dump and performance-related issues.
- Investigate, validate, reproduce and report customer-reported bugs and technical issues.
- Implement support fixes for AEM issues wherever changes are straightforward and feasible.
- Troubleshoot Java-related issues and support application stability and performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams on technical escalations and product enhancements.
- Communicate technical findings and resolutions clearly to customers.
- Drive customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and effective technical support.
- Document troubleshooting steps, root causes and corrective actions.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Good knowledge of CMS and Java.
