Role Description This full-time on-site role in Gwalior combines responsibilities of Telecaller, Counselor, HR Recruiter, and Business Development Executive (BDE). The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to potential candidates and clients, explaining job opportunities and services, and maintaining detailed call records.

The team member will counsel candidates about career paths, training programs, and placement options, and support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups. Daily work includes building and managing talent pipelines, nurturing client relationships,



identifying business opportunities, and contributing to corporate outreach initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to meet hiring targets, support training programs, and achieve business development goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for effective telecalling, counseling, and client interaction.
- Candidates should possess basic HR and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and database management.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, such as lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills for maintaining call logs, applicant records, and recruitment reports.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM or applicant tracking tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a professional phone and in-person demeanor.
- Relevant experience in telecalling, counseling, HR recruitment, or BDE roles in education, training, or IT services is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience in recruitment or business development will also be considered.
