Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience and target organizations.

- Conduct market mapping and talent mapping across relevant industries and competitors.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, databases, referrals and other sourcing channels.

- Build Boolean and keyword-based searches for niche and complex requirements.

- Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions.

- Conduct initial profile assessment against mandatory and preferred skills.

- Research target companies, competitor talent pools and market availability.

- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements and define sourcing strategies.

- Identify passive candidates and support candidate engagement.

- Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing data in ATS/CRM systems.

- Track sourcing metrics including pipeline size, response rate, profile quality and conversion.

- Support diversity sourcing and targeted hiring initiatives.

- Provide market insights around talent availability, locations and skill trends.
