Hiring: Sr. Solutions Architect – AWS & Snowflake

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Snowflake, and Healthcare Data Solutions to design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architectures.

? Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end cloud and data platform architectures using AWS and Snowflake.
- Develop scalable solutions for healthcare payer and provider domains, including claims processing, clinical data integration, population health analytics, and regulatory reporting.
- Architect AWS solutions using services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, Glue, Athena, Redshift, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and Step Functions.
- Design Snowflake data warehouses and Lakehouse solutions, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion, secure data sharing, and performance optimization.
- Drive AI enablement initiatives using AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex, MCPs, and LLM/OCR-based solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS requirements.
- Integrate healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, and CDA standards.
- Define cloud architecture standards, security frameworks, DevSecOps practices, and data governance strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams,



and data architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.

? Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in solution/cloud/data architecture.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider business processes.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

? Preferred Skills
- Healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, and CDA.
- Healthcare data models, EMR/EHR integrations, claims, and clinical data processing.
- Data warehousing, data lakes, Lakehouse architecture, and API integrations.
- AI/LLM initiatives using AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex, MCPs, or OCR technologies.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, PHI/PII security, disaster recovery, and high availability.
