Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives Sponsorship Sales to drive sponsorship sales, client acquisition and business development for Logistic Shakti Enterprise events.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, client outreach and sales skills, with a passion for building relationships and achieving targets. Candidates from Event Management, Media, Sponsorship, Exhibition, Conference or B2B Sales backgrounds will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify prospects and generate new sales leads through calling, LinkedIn, networking and other channels.
- Drive sponsorship sales and client outreach for Logistic Shakti Enterprise events.
- Connect with CXOs, senior business professionals, industry leaders and potential sponsors.
- Present Logistic Shakti Enterprise events, sponsorship packages and partnership opportunities to prospective clients.
- Conduct client calls, meetings and follow-ups to generate business.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate suitable sponsorship proposals.




- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and execution.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate commercials and support deal closure.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM/MIS records.
- Achieve monthly and event-wise sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and business partners.
