Hiring: Solution Architect – ERP | Bangalore

We are hiring an experienced Solution Architect with strong techno-functional expertise in ERP solutions, enterprise architecture, and end-to-end business process transformation.

Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Experience: 10–15 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and solutioning for enterprise architecture projects.
- Design scalable, integrated ERP solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective techno-functional solutions.
- Drive business process design, optimization, and integration across enterprise applications.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP platforms, cloud environments, and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of overall experience in ERP implementation, solution architecture,



and enterprise solution design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle ERP .
- SAP experience is not required; SAP-only profiles will not be considered.
- Must have experience in end-to-end solutioning and ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of core business processes, including:
- PTP: Procure to Pay
- OTC: Order to Cash
- TM: Transportation Management
- GTM: Global Trade Management
- Strong techno-functional expertise with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
- Mandatory cloud experience and a solid understanding of application architecture and system integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Positive to Have
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or other industry-specific solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience in enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
