About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT and BPO hiring, particularly Customer Support, Chat/Non-Voice, Voice Process and similar profiles.

The candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities while coordinating effectively with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and BPO positions across various industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle hiring for Customer Support, Chat/Non-Voice, Voice Process, BPO and other customer-facing profiles.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage client communication and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding coordination.

Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience in BPO/Customer Support/Chat/Voice/Non-Voice recruitment will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client handling and stakeholder management.
- Interview coordination and follow-up management.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 14 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Candidates with experience in BPO hiring, Customer Support, Chat/Non-Voice, Voice Process, Call Centre or similar customer-facing profiles will be preferred.
- Experience in bulk hiring, retail, sales, telecom, customer support, or similar domains will be an added advantage.
