We are hiring for a QA Documentation Executive for a reputed Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. located at MIDC Tarapur, Boisar. The company is described as a pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Position: QA Documentation Executive

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Location: MIDC Tarapur, Boisar, Maharashtra

Department: Quality Assurance (QA)

Experience: Relevant experience in QA Documentation / Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance

/ Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, maintain, and control QA-related documentation as per company procedures and GMP requirements.
- Maintain and update SOPs, protocols, reports, formats, specifications, and other quality documents.
- Ensure proper documentation, issuance, revision, and archival of controlled documents.
- Support preparation and maintenance of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) / Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Maintain documentation related to deviations, CAPA, change controls, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and other departments for timely completion of QA documentation.




- Ensure documents are complete, accurate, traceable, and compliant with applicable quality standards.
- Assist during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections by providing required documentation.
- Follow GMP, GLP, GDP, SOPs, and data integrity requirements.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely closure of documentation-related activities.

Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical QA Documentation will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical documentation practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel / Word.
- Candidates willing to work at MIDC Tarapur, Boisar are encouraged to apply.
