We are looking for a proactive and clinically inclined professional (BHMS/BAMS) to lead the management, support, enhancement, and adoption of the Hospital Information System (HIS) across the organization. This role will be requiring ownership of ongoing activities, resolution of day-to-day operational challenges, implementation of system enhancements, and capability building of Medical Officers nationwide. The incumbent will work closely with the Chief of Clinical Services and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless clinical operations, effective utilization of HIS, and standardization of clinical processes across all centers.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HIS-related queries and issues raised by Medical Officers and clinical teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related concerns in coordination with Operations, IT, and vendor teams.
- Ensure timely closure of support tickets and tracking of recurring issues.
- Monitor system usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and efficiency.
- Manage ongoing HIS-related activities and ensure business continuity across locations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement requirements and workflow improvements.




- Support implementation, testing, and rollout of current HIS features and process changes.
- Document requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and support change management initiatives.
- Recommend best practices to improve clinical documentation and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for all newly joined Medical Officers across India.
- Deliver refresher trainings and continuous learning sessions for existing clinical teams.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
- Travel across India to conduct trainings, support implementations, troubleshoot operational issues, and engage with stakeholders as an when required.

Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: BHMS / BAMS (Mandatory)

3-8 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, Clinical Coordination, Medical Training, Healthcare Informatics, or Hospital Administration.

Experience working with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR, or EHR platforms is preferred.
