Role Description The Hiring Java Azure Trainer will deliver structured classroom and lab-based training on Java and Microsoft Azure to corporate and academic participants. This on-site role, based in Madanapalle, involves designing curricula, preparing training materials, and updating content in line with current industry practices and certification standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interactive sessions, assessing learner performance, providing feedback,



and mentoring participants to strengthen their practical skills. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to tailor programs to client needs, support placement-focused training initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies and course content.

Qualifications

- Strong technical expertise in core Java, advanced Java frameworks, and Azure cloud services, with the ability to apply these skills in real-world scenarios.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training programs, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and hands-on lab exercises.
- Proficient in explaining complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging manner to diverse learner groups, both beginner and advanced.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric approach and focus on practical outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Java and Azure are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience as a corporate or institutional trainer, faculty, or technical mentor is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Madanapalle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt training content to evolving industry trends.
