Hiring: K12 School Franchise Manager (North India)

MDN Edify Education is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented K12 Franchise Sales Manager to drive school franchise expansion and business development initiatives across India.

Work Location: (Hyderabad)

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new franchise opportunities for K12 schools.

Generate leads through networking, market research, and business development activities.

Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective investors and education entrepreneurs.

Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project execution.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the education sector.

Travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, franchise presentations,



and business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

3 to 8 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or education sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across locations for business requirements.

Preferred Skills

Experience in K12 education or school franchise business development.

Solid networking and relationship management abilities.

Target-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
