Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Hiring HR Recruiter / BDE / Telecaller / Counselor. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities for fresher and experienced profiles.

The team member will engage with clients and candidates, conduct telecalling to explain opportunities and services, and support business development by maintaining strong professional relationships. Daily tasks include managing candidate databases, following up with applicants, counseling candidates about suitable career paths and training programs,



and preparing basic reports on hiring and outreach activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely staffing, effective communication, and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Solid HR and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, telephonic interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Business development and client engagement abilities, with capacity to build relationships, understand client requirements, and support staffing solutions.
- Effective telecalling and counseling skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to guide candidates toward appropriate roles or training programs.
- Proficiency in using basic office and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email, and online job portals) and maintaining organized candidate records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a professional and empathetic approach to candidate and client interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment on-site in Gwalior.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment, telecalling, counseling, or sales is preferred but motivated freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
