We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruitment Manager – Nursing to lead and manage a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing and placing qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and other nursing professionals across the US.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and mentor a team of US Healthcare/Nursing Recruiters.
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for Travel Nursing and US Healthcare staffing requirements.
- Drive recruitment of Registered Nurses (RN), LPN/LVN, CNA and other nursing professionals for US assignments.
- Ensure achievement of team targets related to submissions, interviews, offers, placements and starts.
- Monitor recruiter productivity, pipeline, conversion ratios and overall team performance.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, performance reviews and skill-development sessions.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, internal databases, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Ensure recruiters effectively screen candidates for skills, experience, location, availability, credentials and assignment requirements.
- Work closely with Account Management, Delivery, Credentialing and Compliance teams to ensure smooth candidate placement.
- Monitor and improve TAT, submission quality, interview ratios, offer-to-start conversion and retention.
- Handle escalations related to candidates, assignments,



documentation and recruitment delivery.
- Analyze recruitment reports and dashboards and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
- Identify process gaps and implement initiatives to improve recruiter productivity and placement outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, recruitment processes and US healthcare staffing standards.
- Support hiring, onboarding and training of new recruiters as required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–12 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment, preferably with strong exposure to Nursing/Travel Nursing.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team management/leadership experience.
- Strong experience recruiting US Registered Nurses (RNs) and other nursing professionals.
- Good understanding of Travel Nursing, Per Diem and US Healthcare Staffing.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment and placement targets.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM, job boards and recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and people-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a US Night Shift environment.

Preferred Nursing Recruitment Exposure Candidates with experience recruiting for specialties such as:

ICU | ER/ED | Med-Surg | Telemetry | PCU | OR | PACU | NICU | PICU | L&D; | Cath Lab | CVICU | Oncology | Psych | Case Management will be preferred.
