Position: Trainer Manager

Channel: Unified Banca (Multiple Bank Partners)

Grade: Manager

Location: Tanjore / Tamil Nadu (Travel Required)

About the Role,

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Trainer Manager to support the Unified Banca business by driving training effectiveness across multiple banking partners. The incumbent will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs, enhancing sales capability, improving product knowledge, and supporting business growth across assigned bank branches. Frequent travel across partner bank locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for bank branch staff & Employee .
- Deliver product, process, compliance, and sales training across assigned banking partners.
- Prepare and execute monthly training calendars.
- Track and improve training effectiveness and certification completion.
- Partner with Sales Managers and Bank Relationship Managers to identify training needs.
- Support current product launches through focused training interventions.




- Drive sales capability development to improve productivity and business performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly training MIS reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience
- 4+ years of training experience.
- Experience in, Insurance, Banca, F
- Prior experience handling Banca or Multi-bank partnerships will be preferred.

Preferred Profile
- Candidate with experience in Life Insurance Banca Channel.
- Exposure to handling multiple bank partners.
- Local language proficiency will be an added advantage.
