We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, understanding client requirements, sourcing relevant candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Share relevant candidate profiles with clients within defined timelines.
- Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, joining formalities, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
- Achieve individual and team-based recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
