Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP QM Consultant with 14+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM), preferably with extensive experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of end-to-end SAP QM implementations, with specific and hands-on experience in implementing Calibration and Certification processes within a Life Sciences / Pharma environment.

This is a senior client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to articulate complex business and technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP QM implementation and transformation initiatives for Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical clients.
- Provide expert-level functional consulting across the complete SAP QM lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Drive the design and implementation of Calibration Management processes in SAP QM.
- Design and implement Certification Management processes, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Understand and translate Life Sciences / Pharma business requirements into scalable SAP QM solutions.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and define the future-state QM processes.
- Configure SAP QM functionality based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and integrations.
- Manage integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, PM/EAM, SD, WM/EWM, and SAP S/4HANA.




- Ensure effective integration between QM processes and maintenance/equipment processes related to calibration.
- Support quality inspection, inspection planning, quality notifications, usage decisions, quality certificates, and related QM processes.
- Ensure compliance of SAP QM solutions with Life Sciences / Pharma quality and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in validation activities, including GxP / CSV-related requirements, where applicable.
- Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level SAP QM consultants.
- Act as a functional SME and provide expert recommendations to clients and project leadership.
- Work closely with project managers, business process owners, technical teams, and other SAP functional leads.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP best practices.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, solution walkthroughs, process demonstrations, and client-facing documentation.
