Department: B&M; Retail
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy/store operations.
- Ensure prescription handling, sales and customer service.
- Manage inventory, inwarding, audits and expiry/near-expiry products.
- Process omnichannel orders within defined TAT.
- Maintain store compliance, documentation and hygiene.
- Promote diagnostics, offers and other Tata 1mg services.
Eligibility:
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- 13 years of pharmacy experience preferred.
- Valid State Pharmacy Council registration mandatory.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer/pharmacy software knowledg
