Job Responsibilities

- Review medical records and clinical documentation for accurate code assignment.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes as applicable to the specialization.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
- Identify documentation gaps and maintain quality standards.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets within the required timelines.
- Follow client-specific guidelines and healthcare coding regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant medical coding specialization.
- Certified Medical Coders only.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines.
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
