Experience of 1yr with any bpo

Excellent communication in ENGLISH is mandatory

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional for our Voice Process role. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries, support requests, and issue resolution through call. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in english, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via calls

Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and timely information.

Document all interactions and resolutions in the system.

Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously with efficiency.





Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in communication.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and qualified service.

Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions.

Shifts: Rotational shifts (5 days working & 2 Rotational Week-off)

Transportation:- Two way cab provide upto 23km.

Salary : upto 5.5 to 6 LPA + incentives
