SALARY PACKAGE & INCENTIVES

Freshers: 22,000 – 27,000 In-Hand/Month

Experienced: 32,000 – 50,000 In-Hand/Month

CTC: 3.5 LPA – 7.35 LPA

Performance Incentives: Up to 50,000/Month in eligible processes

Additional incentives and rewards based on process and performance

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle international customer queries professionally

Assist customers through voice, chat and email channels, as per process

Provide accurate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction

Resolve customer concerns and maintain service quality

Follow company policies, compliance and quality guidelines

Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets





ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Graduates & Undergraduates from any stream

Freshers are welcome to apply for eligible voice and chat processes

Excellent English communication skills are MANDATORY

Good verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to work in US / UK / Australia rotational shifts

Flexibility to work rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

Immediate joiners preferred, depending on process requirements
