About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Manager who can conduct and manage research activities across different communities, geographies, and demographics.

Key Responsibilities

- Stay updated with social, economic, political, and government developments to support survey and research strategies.

- Conduct interactive Q&As; and interviews with teachers, government employees, Sarpanch/Municipal Council members, doctors, retired citizens, social workers, and other community stakeholders.

- Manage data collection, compilation, validation, and analysis through tele-calling and field visits.

- Coordinate and monitor regional survey and field activities.

- Gather insights from different communities and demographics.

- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel and other computer tools.

- Travel for field visits and surveys as required.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent Gujarati communication – reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.

- Candidates from rural areas of Gujarat will be preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in Primary Research, Data Analysis, Operations, Workforce Management, Sales, Business Development, Market Research, or Survey Operations is preferred but not mandatory.

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and computers.

- Comfortable with tele calling, fieldwork, travel, and interacting with people from different backgrounds.

- Should be comfortable working on assignments related to political parties, NGOs, surveys, market research, government-related projects, and exit polls.

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
