Role & responsibilities

Position: Insurance Claims Associate / Claims Processing Executive (Fresher)

Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers can apply)

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA preferred)

- Review and process insurance claim requests as per company guidelines.
- Verify claim-related documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with customers, hospitals, agents, and internal teams regarding claim status.
- Update claim details in the system and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on pending documents and resolve claim-related queries.
- Ensure claims are processed within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Support the team in claim investigations and audits when required.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.
- Generate and maintain claim reports and MIS data.

Preferred candidate profile

- Fresh graduates looking to start a career in Insurance Operations.
- Candidates with internships or certifications in insurance will have an added advantage.
- Flexible to work in a fast-paced operational workplace.
