- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding CIBIL reports and related services.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Update customer details and call records accurately in the system.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate (Mandatory).
- Experience: Min. 6 months of Experience.
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
Compensation:
- Salary: 25,000 (In-hand)
- CTC: 30,000 CTC
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM / Week Off: Fixed Sunday Off
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Valuable understanding of banking or credit processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
