Key Responsibilities

- Work with the business/functional users to understand the business decision making and sales & marketing process challenges to recommend data-led solutions
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and pre-processing data from various sources to build usable datasets.
- Collaborate with senior data scientists to develop and refine machine learning models and algorithms
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Leverage advanced data analytics to address the business needs and create business impact
- Design data science solutions in collaboration with technology architects to address this need
- Strong affiliation to quantitative methods and data analysis to deliver business insights
- Technical Skills required (non-Negotiable): Excel, SQL, Python




- Experience working on Customer analytics, Sales Force Excellence, Sales & marketing analytics across sub-functional areas (Customer segmentation, profiling, brand performance analytics, promo/campaign planning and effectiveness tracking etc.) - Preferred (not Mandatory)

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a reputed medium to large-scale manufacturing organization (preferably in Pharmaceuticals industry) or in a business consulting firm. Prior experience in FMCG or Pharma working in the Sales & Marketing/Sales Force Excellence areas.
