Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and drive , Talent Acquisition, Performance and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
- Support TA and Talent management.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Drive HR policies, processes, and compliance.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Support organizational change and people development initiatives.

Requirements:

- 2.5years + relevant HR experience.
- Robust understanding of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition, and headhunting is required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with business leaders and managers.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
