Key Responsibilities

- Claim Follow-Up: Regularly review and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable (AR) via phone calls, web portals, and written correspondence with commercial and government insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, etc.).
- Denial Management: Analyse and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments by investigating root causes and filing timely appeals or re-submissions.
- Hospital Billing Expertise: Handle complex UB-04 / CMS-1450 claim forms, ICD-10 diagnosis codes, CPT/HCPCS procedure codes, and revenue codes specific to inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room (ER) facility billing.
- Verify insurance payments, contractual adjustments, and patient responsibilities against .Explanation of Perks (EOBs) or Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs).

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), specifically focused on Hospital Billing - AR Calling.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact professionally with U.S.



insurance representatives, patients, and internal teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with major electronic health record (EHR) and billing software(Preferring Meditech)
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to dissect complex billing denials and navigate payer portals efficiently.
