About the Internship

NyxGen IT Solutions is looking for ambitious and enthusiastic End-to-End Sales / Business Development Interns who want to build a career in international sales.

This paid internship will provide practical exposure to the complete sales cycle — from finding and contacting prospects to qualifying leads, understanding requirements, conducting sales discussions, preparing proposals, following up, and assisting in closing deals.

Interns will get the opportunity to work with prospects and businesses from the USA and Canada and gain practical knowledge of selling IT and digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential business prospects.
- Conduct outbound calls and communicate with international clients.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads.
- Understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Present relevant IT and digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule and participate in sales discussions with prospects.
- Prepare and share proposals or quotations under team guidance.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain accurate information and activities in the CRM.




- Track prospects throughout the sales pipeline.
- Assist in negotiation and deal-closing activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Work toward assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Freshers and students with an interest in sales are welcome.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of sales, business development, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Comfortable working the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.
