Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant teams.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, food costs, inventory, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Drive business performance and achieve operational targets.
- Handle customer concerns and maintain a positive dining experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in QSR, hospitality, retail food service, or a similar environment.




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive understanding of restaurant KPIs, sales, food safety, and service standards.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with solid communication skills and proven operational expertise will be preferred.
