JOB Responsibility

Business Development :

- Researching and targeting new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and internal capabilities to develop growth strategies.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Delivering presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals.

Sales Revenue:

- Drive the internal teams to meet the Sales Budget and Monthly Forecast by coordinating with customers and internal CFT teams.
- Analyse and monitor Monthly Sales Forecast with respect to the Annual Sales Budget and customer demand.
- Prepare sales variance analysis for monthly and quarterly review.

Contract Management:

- Prepare Contracts and participate in Contract negotiations for both local and global needs.
- Standardise tkA Contracts and NDAs with customers.
- Review and Analysis of Customer Contracts, PO,



Forecast by working closely with Sales team and Customers.
- GAP Management (order amendments, lead time etc) based on SCM response by closely working with Sales team Customer and SCM.
- Schedule monthly meetings with customers and present KAM - KPI reports with regard to OTD, Inventory, Forecast, new business.
- Regular interaction with Global KAM contacts for respective key accounts.

Internal Order Execution and Shipment:

- Management of operational issues in Sales from order to execution.
- Effective coordination with Sales team and Operations to prioritise the execution process based on customer schedule.
- Managing execution of the outgoing shipments by coordinating with Sales, Logistics & Custom clearance team to meet customer schedules. • Debtors Management with customer by coordinating with internal teams.
