Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hindi Telecaller to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers/clients, explaining our products or services, handling queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Communicate with customers in Hindi and English.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers through calls and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups,



and customer information.
- Coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements
- Fluent in both Hindi and English Mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
