Role & responsibilities

- Preparation and review of Highway DPR and design documents.

- Highway geometric design including horizontal and vertical alignment.

- Preparation/review of plan, profile and cross-section drawings.

- Design of carriageway, intersections, junctions, service roads and other highway components.

- Review of road cross-sections, typical sections and alignment proposals.

- Coordination with survey, pavement, traffic, drainage, structures and other design teams.

- Preparation of BOQ, quantity estimates and cost estimates.

- Preparation of technical reports, design notes and other DPR-related documents.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable IRC, MoRTH and relevant highway standards/specifications.

- Review design calculations, drawings and technical submissions.





- Assist in resolving design issues and providing technical solutions.

- Coordinate with clients/authorities and incorporate their comments into design submissions.

- Support the Project Manager/Team Leader in timely completion of DPR deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering.

- 5–8 years of overall experience in Road/Highway projects.

- Relevant experience in DPR / Detailed Engineering / Highway Design preferred.

- Candidates with experience in National Highway / State Highway / major road projects will be preferred.
