Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Variable Incentives: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Total Monthly Earning Potential: ₹45,000

ManavtaClass is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to connect with parents and students, understand their academic needs, and guide them toward the right learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective parents and students through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Explain ManavtaClass courses, programs, and learning benefits.
- Counsel parents on suitable academic programs for their children.
- Convert leads into paid enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain lead records and follow up regularly with interested parents.
- Build positive relationships with parents and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹35,000 per month, based on enrollment and conversion targets.




- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹45,000 per month.

Note: Variable incentives are performance-based and depend on achieving defined targets.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with parents over phone calls.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Previous experience in academic counselling, telecalling, sales, or EdTech is preferred.
