We are looking for a confident and motivated candidate for the position of Helpdesk Executive – Sales & Customer Relations. The role involves handling customer enquiries, making outbound sales calls, generating leads, and promoting our IT and automation solutions.

Our products and services include smart home automation, CCTV surveillance, access control systems, Wi-Fi solutions, networking, and structured cabling.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in customer interaction and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Identify new leads and potential business opportunities.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer enquiries and follow ups.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support marketing campaigns through customer outreach and follow ups.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Plus Two or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of IT products, CCTV, networking, or home automation is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
