Role Description The Healthcare Social Media Executive internship is an in office role based in Gurugram. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content tailored to healthcare audiences across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Daily tasks include monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages, supporting campaign execution, and coordinating with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.



The intern will also help track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and stay informed about healthcare and digital marketing trends to suggest ideas that improve patient engagement.

Qualifications

- Healthcare knowledge and interest in Medicine and healthcare services relevant to digital patient engagement.
- Basic understanding of EMT or other clinical concepts and ability to translate medical information into accessible content.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for social media and internal collaboration.
- Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning related to healthcare marketing and social media tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights).
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
