Job Summary

One Power Healthcare (OPHC) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Healthcare Recruiter with 2–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare hiring, access to relevant candidate networks, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Candidates with prior healthcare recruitment experience are mandatory. Immediate joiners based in Hyderabad will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare-related positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment databases, and other relevant channels.
- Recruit healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, medical staff, allied healthcare professionals, and healthcare administration staff, as per business requirements.
- Understand job requirements, prepare suitable sourcing strategies, and identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidates for role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and respective departments.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



interview schedules, and hiring reports.
- Negotiate salary expectations, manage offer rollouts, and coordinate joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring candidate quality and a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Mandatory prior experience hiring for hospitals, healthcare organizations, clinics, diagnostic centres, or related healthcare businesses.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare job roles, candidate sourcing channels, and recruitment practices.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Solid follow-up skills, attention to detail, and coordination abilities.

Candidate Preferences

- Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
- Candidates with a healthcare recruitment background only will be considered.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.
