Role Description The Healthcare Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring healthcare and clinical research professionals for CliniLaunch and its partner organizations. Daily activities include managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

The role also involves building relationships with candidates and educational institutions, conducting initial screenings,



and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

The Healthcare

Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, support onboarding processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Healthcare Staffing and Hiring, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong Recruiting capabilities, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for healthcare and clinical research roles.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage candidates, hiring managers, and external partners professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in healthcare or clinical research recruitment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
