Role Description The Healthcare Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The individual in this role will provide clinical support and healthcare services to students, staff, and community members in alignment with university policies and public health standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing initial assessments, coordinating emergency medical response, supporting routine health checks, and maintaining accurate medical records.

The Healthcare

Specialist will collaborate with university administrators, faculty, and local healthcare providers, deliver health education and training sessions, and participate in developing preventative health programs. The role also involves promoting a safe, inclusive, and patient-centered environment within the university’s healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare and medicine, with the ability to provide evidence-based clinical care.




- Experience or certification in EMT or emergency medical services, with strong skills in urgent care and patient stabilization.
- Robust communication skills, including the ability to explain medical information clearly and interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Background in training or health education, with the ability to conduct workshops and awareness programs.
- Relevant professional qualification in healthcare (e.g., MBBS, BSc Nursing, EMT certification, or equivalent) and valid registration with appropriate professional bodies, where applicable.
- Knowledge of public health practices, infection control, and campus health management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Prior experience in university, community health, or hospital settings is an advantage.
