Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a compassionate and tech-savvy Healthcare Support Consultant to bridge the gap between patients and medical professionals. You will deliver seamless virtual healthcare support, from handling patient queries to coordinating remote consultations, ensuring every interaction is timely, professional and patient-centered.

- Respond promptly to patient queries via phone and other communication platforms
- Assist doctors and medical staff with appointment scheduling, follow-ups and coordination
- Maintain and manage patient records with strict adherence to confidentiality standards




- Support virtual consultations and remote patient monitoring services
- Work across multiple platforms including CRM, EMR and cloud-based telephony systems
- Communicate clearly, empathetically and professionally with patients and internal teams
- Adapt quickly to recent tools, software and workflows as the organization evolves

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum undergraduate degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply
- Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
- Good computer literacy and typing speed
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Proactive, empathetic team player with a genuine interest in patient care.
