Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare International Patient Desk role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The individual in this role will support international patients throughout their healthcare journey, including handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and assisting with admission and discharge processes.

Daily responsibilities include collecting and verifying patient information, liaising with medical staff to ensure accurate communication of clinical needs, and providing clear guidance on hospital procedures and services. The role also involves managing documentation,



supporting insurance or billing queries, and maintaining detailed records in relevant systems or EHR platforms. The person will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely, compassionate, and productive service for patients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess healthcare-related skills such as EMT experience and a foundational understanding of Medicine.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Candidates should possess Training and Healthcare skills to support patient education and safe, informed care coordination.
- Relevant experience in hospital or clinic front office, international patient services, or medical tourism is beneficial.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, EHR systems, and basic procedures or billing processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain high service standards.
- A diploma or degree in healthcare administration, nursing, allied health, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language commonly used by international patients is a plus.
- Experience with international patients visa paperwork
