Role Description The Healthcare Coordinator (Part Time) at RefLyst AI is a remote, contract role focused on supporting healthcare-related clients and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating case management activities, organizing home care and healthcare service information, and maintaining accurate records across systems and tools.

The role involves responding to client and patient inquiries, providing clear and professional communication, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong case management and healthcare coordination skills, with experience tracking services, appointments, and outcomes.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with clients, patients, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare and home care environments, including basic understanding of patient support needs and service workflows.
- Comfort with technology, including CRM or case management systems, cloud-based tools, and basic data entry and reporting.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in a part time or contract capacity; prior experience in healthcare coordination or support roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with privacy and confidentiality standards (e.g., HIPAA or similar) is beneficial.
