- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Licensed engineer or equivalent certification
- With experience in Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of road or highway projects.
- With experience in IFI or ODA projects especially within Southeast Asia.
- Must be willing to be assigned overseas during the duration of the project.
- Relevant trainings /seminars/workshops are advantageous.
