Job Overview

iTV Network is looking for an experienced and result-oriented CSR Head – Sales to lead and drive the company’s CSR sales business. The role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with corporates, brands, NGOs, government bodies, and other stakeholders to generate revenue through CSR initiatives and projects.

☑️Key Responsibilities:

Lead the CSR sales vertical and drive revenue growth through corporate CSR partnerships.

Identify and acquire new corporate clients and CSR funding opportunities.

Develop customized CSR proposals, presentations, and partnership solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and relationship management.

Build strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, foundations, government bodies, and social organizations





Work closely with internal editorial, marketing, events, and business teams to create impactful CSR-led campaigns and initiatives.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and business targets

Track industry trends, CSR budgets, corporate priorities, and emerging business opportunities.

☑️Candidate Profile:

10-25years of experience in CSR sales, NGOs, foundations, government bodies, and social organizations

Solid existing network among corporates, CSR Heads, CXOs, and decision-makers.

Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
