Travelust is looking for an experienced and energetic Head – Outbound Tours to lead and grow our international travel business. The role will be responsible for developing outbound tour products, driving sales and revenue, managing international supplier, overseeing tour operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and manage international tour packages based on customer preferences, market trends, and business objectives.
- Identify new international destinations, experiences, and travel products to expand Travelust's portfolio.
- Develop attractive and competitive itineraries for individual, family, group, corporate, and other travel segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers,



tour operators, and activity suppliers.
- Negotiate competitive rates, contracts, and commercial terms with international suppliers.
- Manage end-to-end outbound tour operations, from enquiry and booking to travel completion.
- Ensure accurate costing, pricing, margins, and profitability for outbound packages.
- Lead, train, and motivate the outbound sales and operations team.
- Set and monitor sales, revenue, conversion, and profitability targets.
