With a rapidly expanding portfolio of Creative Parks across India, we are looking for an experienced Head Operations & Maintenance to build a strong, standardised and scalable O&M; function across the portfolio.

Role Overview The Head Operations & Maintenance will be responsible for the overall engineering, maintenance, infrastructure, utilities, safety and operational readiness of Creative Parks.

The role will ensure that all parks operate at high standards of uptime, safety, hygiene, aesthetics, asset reliability and guest experience, while controlling maintenance costs and improving asset life.

Key Responsibilities

Lead O&M; strategy and maintenance operations across all Creative Parks.

Develop standardised SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, checklists and operating standards across parks.

Ensure maximum uptime and availability of rides/attractions, installations, equipment, electrical systems, utilities and other park infrastructure.

Lead maintenance of electrical, civil, plumbing, HVAC, DG, pumps, STP/ETP, water systems, lighting, landscaping and other utilities.

Establish a robust preventive and predictive maintenance framework to minimise breakdowns and downtime.

Conduct regular technical audits and condition assessments of park infrastructure and assets.

Ensure all parks are guest-ready and operationally maintained before opening each day.

Work closely with Park Operations, Projects, F&B;, Events,



Procurement and Finance teams to ensure smooth functioning of parks.

Drive energy, water and maintenance-cost optimisation across the portfolio.

Develop and manage annual O&M; budgets, CAPEX requirements and maintenance plans.

Identify recurring technical issues and implement root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.

Build and manage a strong team of engineering, maintenance and technical personnel across parks.

Develop vendor/AMC frameworks and ensure effective performance management of external agencies and contractors.

Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, electrical, fire, safety and environmental requirements in coordination with the relevant teams.

Establish emergency response and breakdown-management protocols.

Support new park projects during design, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring maintainability and operational readiness.

Create a centralised asset register, maintenance MIS and performance dashboard for all parks.

Drive technology-enabled maintenance through CMMS, digital checklists, asset tracking and preventive maintenance monitoring.

Conduct regular reviews of maintenance KPIs, breakdowns, downtime, costs and asset performance across locations.

Candidate Profile

15–20+ years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities, Hospitality, Theme/Leisure Parks, Entertainment, Retail, Malls or large multi-site operations.

Engineering degree/diploma preferred; Electrical/Mechanical/Civil background would be an advantage.

Strong experience managing multiple locations and large technical teams.

Proven experience in preventive maintenance, utilities, infrastructure and asset management.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, DGs, HVAC, pumps, water treatment, civil infrastructure and general MEP operations.

Experience in developing SOPs, maintenance systems, budgets and technical standards.

Strong vendor, contractor and AMC management experience.

Ability to build systems and processes for a rapidly scaling multi-location business.

Strong commercial orientation with the ability to balance guest experience, safety, asset reliability and cost efficiency.
