The Head of Section – High School will be responsible for the overall academic administration, supervision, discipline, and performance of the High School section. The role involves coordinating teachers, monitoring student progress, implementing academic plans, and ensuring effective communication between the school leadership, teachers, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the High School academic section.
- Coordinate the work of subject teachers and class teachers.
- Monitor lesson planning, syllabus completion, and academic progress.
- Review student performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Conduct regular academic meetings with teachers.
- Monitor classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure proper implementation of school academic policies and procedures.
- Handle student discipline and behavioural matters.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and result analysis.
- Communicate with parents regarding academic and student-related matters.
- Coordinate with the Principal/Vice Principal on academic and administrative issues.




- Support teacher development, training, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain academic records and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure the section follows CBSE/school curriculum requirements.
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and student-focused learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master's Degree in the relevant subject/field.
- B.Ed. preferred/required as per school requirements.
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory/academic leadership role.
- Experience in a CBSE school will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and classroom-management skills.

Preferred Candidate: An experienced academic skilled capable of leading teachers, maintaining academic standards, handling student/parent concerns, and working closely with the school leadership team.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
