Position: Quality Head

Industry: Sheet Metal / Automotive Components

Experience: Minimum 15-20 Years

Location: Faridabad ( In office )

Key Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for Quality Management across sheet metal manufacturing operations.
- Directly handle OEM customers, customer visits, meetings, quality reviews and day-to-day customer quality requirements.
- Manage customer complaints, quality issues, 8D reports, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with OEM customers and act as the primary quality interface.
- Handle customer audits, process audits, product audits and ensure successful closure of observations.
- Ensure compliance with OEM quality standards, specifications and customer-specific requirements.
- Lead PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC and other quality-related activities.
- Drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, PPM reduction and process quality improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Engineering and NPD teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor rejection,



rework, customer complaints and quality performance through appropriate KPIs.
- Lead and develop the Quality team and establish a strong quality culture across the organization.

Preferred OEM Customer Experience

Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in customer quality handling with major automotive OEMs, preferably:
- Honda
- Hero
- Maruti Suzuki
- Other Major Automotive OEMs

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Sheet Metal / Automotive Component manufacturing.
- Strong experience in OEM customer handling and customer relationship management.
- Proven experience in independently heading the Quality function.
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems, problem-solving tools and OEM requirements.
- Excellent communication, customer-handling, analytical and team-management skills.
- Should be capable of independently handling customer complaints, audits, quality reviews and critical quality issues.
